Delicious boxed to go Hawaiian food. We came here during the Hanapepe Friday Night art walk , and there were lots of people. The food here was filling. We had ordered #2 and #3.

Great food , great prices and a good amount of food compared to a lot of other plate lunch places here. Their garlic Parmesan salad dressing is spectacular and makes you just want more and more. Their #9 is the way to go or a surf and turf plate. Highly recommend for everyone. Great little joint in Hanapepe town and Friday nights is the art walk nights and they have a rib / hulihuli chicken special that’s pretty popular. Their customer service is truly amazing the aunties are always happy to serve you. If you’re a local or a visitor this is the spot for you!

The food is ok amount is good price is high I can buy the same plate lunch in Honolulu for half the price

YASSSSSS. So GOOD! The Korean fried chicken was so good and the tempura was amazing. Rice was cooked perfectly. We cleaned our plates. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Gotta try this place out :)

If you are in Hawaii you NEED to check this small restaurant located in Hanapepe which also happens to be town Lilo & Stitch is based in!Update - I’ve been back home for over a month now and STILL dreaming of this plate of food. By far some of the best food I have ever tasted, MUST TRY if you are ever in Hanapepe or in Kauai in general.

So delish. Get the combo for variety. We got huli huli chicken, korean chicken, and teri chicken. We came back a few days later for another round.

This place was awesome. Had a great local vibe. The guy who owned the place was great. The portion was big and it was delicious. I had the #7. It was Korean chicken with pork. It had gravy on it which I thought was weird but I went with it because I love new experiences and by the end of it I enjoyed it! He was talking about the art walks on Friday night. I would suggest checking it out. Great place. Keep it up!

They cook the food I like to eat. The only negative thing is that I'm old and if there is no parking I have to come back at a later time. That's good to, I'm more hungry.

This is a BBQ styled restaurant. The food was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They recommended the Korean style chicken and it delivered.

Tasty food - would highly recommend stopping here if you’re looking for a place to eat in Hanapepe. Korean fried chicken and their noodles are full of flavour and the pork lau lau with salad and garlic Parmesan were fantastic. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. Ask them for recommendations if you’re unsure - they are very patient and friendly.

On the west side of the island is this fantastic Local Food place in the charming town of Hanapepe. Worth the drive from the other side of the island to visit, walk around, and stop here to eat Plate Lunch.Big portions of deep fried, animal-base protein (sorry, no vegans here) with lots of carbs (no paleo here) - scoops of rice, Mac salad. To eat healthier, places serve green tossed salad and brown rice as side options. Be sure to order either the Huli Huli Chicken or Korean Chicken or Shrimp Tempura (flavorful, light and crunchy) and the fried saimen (Hawaiian Chow Mein) and MAC Salad (the paprika makes it really tasty). Service is friendly and laidback. Cash only. No restroom.

The place definitely has that old school mom and pop store feeling. It's a great place to chill. There is no a/c just ceiling fans so it might get hot some days.

Bobbie’s restaurant was recommended to me via an unknown source. We visited the interesting little town specifically to get breakfast on the way to the canyon ride. On arrival it was the only food shop not open, grrr, but this did give us an opportunity to discover the swinging bridge and learn about the town massacre in when 21 immigrants were murdered by police for striking and asking for more wages.Once Bobbie’s opened we set about getting breakfast, these ARE NOT small helpings. Something to remember if your eyes are bigger than your stomach! The food really was great, particularly the Korean options.If I had complaints, no toilets and cash only.Remember to like this review if you found it useful!

Great place for plate lunch. They're open pretty much all night for the Friday Art Walk. Korean fried chicken is a must try.

This place is really good. The Korean fried chicken is outstanding as is the Huli huli. Kahlua pork is also amazing. Really worth it if you are coming back from West Kauai/Waimea canyon. Would have gone here again if we’d been in the area. Almost went out there just for it!

We ordered Korean Fried Chicken combo w/ pan-fried saimen and a Teriyaki Burger last week when we were vacationing in Kauai. We enjoyed our lunch. Good food, reasonable prices.

Recommend to go with the smoked meats plate and the specials: smoked chicken plate (hulihuli). A great atmosphere on a Friday evening with a live band and good vibes.

Love going to eat dinner Bobbie's during the Friday night artwalk. Captain Curt runs the grill with hulihuli chicken that you can smell up and down the street. Ono Brah!

Great tasting food. Fish and chips very tasty tarter sauce. Korean chicken has excellent flavor.

Excellent place to be on Fri nights! Wonderful huli chicken! Bobbie very friendly about sharing his recipe! Music entertainment also! We usually start here( HUGE portions) and then get soup next door & delicious cookies! Porkys food truck is there also-so yum!

Bobbies in HanapepeBobbies is a local favorite! They have great food, but beware, you will sweat when you go into this restaurant (as well as most restaurants) They do not have the best seating area, but they have some outdoor tables which we regret not taking. I got the Katsu Chicken that the worker recommended, and it was so good. The chicken was really great and not fatty. It came with a side salad with a viniagrette that my brother in law states is his favorite dressing ever. It also came with shredded chicken and gravy over rice. I great meal and tons of food for the price.

The food was so good and I'm so stuffed. I ordered the #10 and am not disappointed. The servings were big and super tasty.

Great service and awesome food. If you get a salad, get the homemade garlic parmesan dressing... it's to die for! (And if you don't get a salad, ask for a side of it for your fries!)
